Terms Of Use

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of findmassagejobs.ca, which Find Massage Jobs owns. You agree to them each time you use the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What This Site Does

Find Massage Jobs is a job board for RMTs, where clinics pay to post their jobs and RMTs search them for free.

You do not need an account to apply or to post.

Who Can Use This Site

You must be 18 or older to apply for a job or to post one.

If You Are Looking For Work

We are not the employer. When you apply, we send your application to the clinic, and the clinic decides who to call and who to hire. Offers, pay and contracts are between you and the clinic.

Posts go live without a person checking each detail, so read each post with care and ask the clinic about anything unclear.

Stay Safe When You Apply

No clinic on this board may ask you to pay to apply or to start work. Keep your social insurance number and your bank details to yourself until you have a job offer you trust.

Does a post look fake? Email the link to hello@findmassagejobs.ca, and we will look into it.

If Your Clinic Posts A Job

Each post must be for an RMT, and every word in it must be true and must follow the law.

Your clinic agrees to follow the rules of the college in its province, and you are responsible for what your post says.

Your clinic must keep its post true and up to date, because we do not check that a clinic is real, that it holds a licence, or that what it says is true.

If someone makes a claim against us because of your post, your clinic agrees to cover what it costs us.

You let us show your post on this site, in our job alert emails and in the job data that search engines read.

Each post runs for a set number of days, and our posting rules page shows how many. Featured posts sit at the top with a label.

You pay first, on a Stripe page. If you buy a pack, you get a code to use on your next Standard posts.

What A Post Must Not Do

A post must not shut anyone out because of who they are. Human rights law sets out what that covers, such as race or age.

Each post must be for a real job. It can never be a trick to collect people's details or to sell them a course.

Clinics may not charge people to apply or to start work, and they may not ask for a social insurance number or bank details before an offer.

Refunds

If we refuse your post, we give you a full refund.

Once your post is live, we give no refund, and that is true even if we take it down later because it broke these rules.

Did you spot a mistake in your post? Email us at hello@findmassagejobs.ca, and we will fix it for free.

Post packs of 3, 5 or 10 posts are a final sale, so we give no refunds on them. The posts you have not used on a pack never expire.

Posts We Can Remove

We can remove posts that break these rules. This includes a post that we think is a scam or unfair to the people who apply. We give no refund when we do.

If We Listed Your Clinic's Job

We added some of the jobs on this board ourselves. Is one of them yours? Tell us, and we will fix it or take it down.

Email hello@findmassagejobs.ca with the link to the job and tell us what you want changed.

Links To Other Sites

A few jobs link to a clinic's own site. We do not run those sites, so we are not responsible for what they say or do.

Use The Site Fairly

Do not send spam or fake applications, and do not pretend to be someone else. Bots may not copy jobs off the site in bulk or send applications. If you send a lot in a short time, the site will ask you to wait.

What We Do Not Promise

The site can go down. It can also have mistakes, and we cannot promise you a job or promise a clinic its next RMT. A post can be wrong or even fake.

What We Owe You

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site. If we do owe you something, the most we owe is what you paid us for your post.

If Part Of These Terms Does Not Hold

If a court strikes out one part of these terms, the rest still apply.

Changes To These Terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new ones here and change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept them.

The Law That Applies

The laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there cover these terms. Ontario courts will hear any dispute.
